Hi everyone! My name is Jen and our team is midway through implementation of our new Responsive instance.
I would greatly appreciate advice from anyone who has gone through onboarding your sellers on how to use the Responsive tool. I know that it will be challenging to have them take training in the Responsive academy, so am hoping to get advice from those who have gone before on how you approached providing appropriate training for the field.
