Does RFPIO provide any resources to train new Admin users? We have a new hire starting and with no RFPIO experience and don't want to overwhelm them from the start. Any suggestions?
For new admin users, I would suggest starting with RFPIO University and the Foundations Course. This provides an overview of the tool, but at a more technical level, so the user knows what to expect once they start managing Proposals.
From here, I would lean heavily on the Start Guides in the Help Center, and also review the "Train the Trainer" deck. Once there's an initial understanding of the tool, the Admin should know that they have "live" resources to further knowledge. The CSM will be happy to accomodate more formal Q&A sessions and tailor it to the new Admin's needs. In addition, RFPIO also has this user community with like-minded professionals. Training is easier when you have people in similar positions that you know you can reach out to!
