Our client, Zscaler, asked if there's a way to export comments that are associated with the Q&A pairs. She hasn't been able to figure this out and wants to export a spreadsheet for a SME to review/edit but needs to include comments and she'd rather not copy/paste them over by hand if she doesn't have to.
She mentioned it's functionality that is important to their team.. Many of their content owners won't update in the tool, have tried, and the client needs to export out the Q&A pairs for them into a spreadsheet. For many of these, the client has sidebar comments to what the issues/concerns are for their review. Right now, she has to manually copy and paste these over - and it is getting larger. Being able to export them out along with the tags and other metadata would be a great time savings.
