Paying Responsive customers have more advanced workflows in Responsive and may want to apply their styles and formatting to a response. However, it is difficult for them to tell if the text box accepts Full or Basic rich text.
Is there a way to make that clear to the Responders so they know if they will need to adjust their response before applying a response from their library? If there is a way to enter sample text that indicates the type of rich text, then disappears as soon as you click in the text box.
