Per discussion with Symplr, who has been engaged in a months-long review in the library, they have a many scenarios where multiple people need to be involved with reviewing comprehensive answers. Even when already assigning multiple teams/individuals to the record review assignment, situations will arise where other SME users need to be engaged for additional context. The steps to grant visibility to users not originally involved in the review/moderation is limited and requires multiple steps that impedes faster review and collaboration.
As a result, they request that we add an option to provide temporary access to @mentioned users during the @mention process to make it overall more efficient to manage. This could take the form of a field/checkbox to confirm that temporary access should be given to the @mentioned user so they can view the Q&A record in the review queue or the moderation queue, comment and potentially make edits of their own.
As it stands, unless very specific steps are followed to enable views, the @comment links to looped in resources take that mentioned user to a blank/empty screen because they don't have access to view it.
