Per discussion with Symplr on a use case challenge they have - I am requesting the enhancement of the filter option in the library for 'Open Comments'. Currently, our options are 'Yes' and 'any'. For Symplr, they have been engaged in a months-long arduous review with a lot of open comments. In the review queue, end-users have to constantly scroll down to the bottom of their list to avoid the Q&A records that have open and pending comments. This is further complicated by the queue refreshing and moving the user back to the top of the list after review completion. Having a filter that could block out the records with open comments would be a tremendous help and lessen the impact of the queue refresh/screen jump to top.
