Visibility into who made the last edit, and when, in the Section view of a Project

This request comes from IMA Financial, and was collected by the AE during their pre-sales process.

Client would like to add visibility into who made the last edit and when the last edit was made to the Section and Question screen. Their admins have this visibility currently. Perhaps it could be added as an option for a column in the section level. Or even better in the header of the question.

@Daniel Gruner I got the solution. But not the problem. I would like to know the problem that the solution they are expecting would solve. It would be great if you could help me get the problem they are trying to solve.
