Issuing customers had the ability to view the status of each Evaluator's scoring progress, in RFP360. Many customers have been asking if there is a way to view a summary of ALL Evaluators scoring, but we currently don't have a summary view.

Below is the only view we have, and it's at the User level only.

The request would be to implement something like the first two boxes on the Request Dashboard (ignore the box on the right)

Customers frequently report difficulty identifying which specific questions remain unscored within evaluations. While overall completion rates are visible, neither admins or evaluators can quickly locate the missing items. This lack of visibility causes significant manual effort and delays, as evaluators must scroll through each question to find gaps.

A summary or filter view showing unscored or unanswered questions per evaluator, per section, or across the full evaluation would greatly improve efficiency and accuracy. This enhancement would align with the previous RFP360 functionality that allowed users to see each evaluator’s scoring progress which is something many customers continue to request in Responsive.
