Report: Responders Report

Create a report where you can select responders in a customer account and the report will provide metrics on:

1. Number of Requests they've been invited to
2. Number of Requests they've accepted
3. Number of Requests they've declined
4. Number of Requests they've won
5. Number of Requests they've lost

CAPTRUST requested this, but so have many others.
