Currently - the project allotment and user restrictions within the account management portal is not set up in a way that we are selling the system.
Clients have the ability to work around the # of credits per year by simply clearing up active project lists. They can't add free evaluators past the limit we've given them because our system doesn't recognize the difference between free and not free licenses.
This is causing issues with the client understanding how to properly use the system - as well forcing us to create work arounds that may not be beneficial for long term usage. Beyond the headaches and continued support that comes with this problem - as this impacts all customers not just one single customer - we need to find a way to set up our account management portal in alignment with how our sales team communicates how the client will be charged to use the system.
