PROD-I-799 Having different formatting for additional response headers

The enhancement request has been raised from Issgovernance. They request different formatting options for the response header and an additional response header for easier identification in CCL.

For example, if a question has more than one response, the header for the rest of the response (additional response) can be in a different format outlined so they can easily be distinguished.
