Ability to Filter by Open/Resolved/All Comments in Section Descriptions

Current behavior when attempting to filter on the Answering Page is that it's only possible to filter by comment status for Q&As, not the Section Description. Requesting feature parity so that it's possible to filter by comments that are attached to descriptions.

@Khalees V @Nicole Stanford - One question and a comment on this S4:

Question - Today user can filter for open comments at section level too. However, what they can't do is view them "only" for section description and not for Q&As. I think that's what the ask is. I say so because the original S4 mentions it differently.
Comment - I'm not keen to bring more filters as this will increase clutter and something that may distract other customers/users who really don't need this feature. I suggest we re-evaluate the gain that this feature promises vs the visual clutter that it would add and then take a call.

Hi Kunal,

Regarding your question - You are correct. The ask is to view the comments added to section description and not for Q&A.
Regarding the Comment - It will not distract other users. We will adding a new filter into the "Add Filter" popup and users in need of this filter can add it to their view.

@Nicole Stanford This S4 has been implemented. You can now select "Descriptions" in the drop-down to search for comments by comment status within Descriptions.
