Team, there needs to be an option to moderate content that has been added through our Lookup Add-ins for the Web Browser & Slack.
Currently, any content that has been added via the Lookup add-ins get directly added into the Content Library which is not very useful especially when users want all the content to be moderated before being added into the Content Library.
Adding details to the ask for the Team's reference specific to content addition via Lookup;
- "Adding content into Answer Library through Add Question or Import - Content added into Answer Library through "Add Q&A" or "Import" by following roles will be sent to moderation. Content added by all other roles will skip moderation."
a. The point above should be the opposite (discussed the scenario with Darshan) i.e. Any content added via Lookup (Slack, Web Browser or Teams/Hangout in future) should go into moderation and only listed roles can skip the same.
b. Also the title (underlined) is very generic and needs to be specific about where the content is getting added from. Ideally Project addition and Lookup addition should be kept separate.
- Also, instead of just roles we need to bring more granular options such as the ability to add Teams and filter roles by Tags since Users with the same roles can technically still be doing different tasks and activities.
- Any Content added via Lookup comes under Project Newly added and it doesn't specify where it's being captured from i.e Web Browser or Slack etc. Suggestion is to add a label that specifies the same for better tracking. Currently there are labels within Moderation only for Project Newly added, AL edited & Translated.

I did not realize this was the case - Vizient will be concerned to learn this. They have indicated it's critical all newly added content must go through moderation and they are heavy lookup users.

I was exploring the use of RFPIO for enablement today and we discussed sales reps being able to push FAQs back to to the content from slack and it go to moderators to see, approve, and answer. This would exapnd the personas we can sell into.

Hi George,
The content added from Lookup will be sent to Moderation, only if the user roles are mentioned in the Org settings ->Content Library -> Moderation.
Thanks and Regards

Hi Viswa, added more detail to the S4 for the teams reference. I had a discussion with Darshan on the scenarios related to the same. The current setup isn't intuitive and can get quite confusing for our users (especially Enterprise). Glad to connect on the same and provide any inputs necessary.
