Queue and Notify Later for Project Templates

Currently when you create a new project from a project template and bring over the authors and reviewers you cannot reassign the reviewers that were brought over, meaning if I want to bring over the reviewers from the project template but want them to review the responses again in the new project I cannot notify them. Even if I remove the reviewer and re-add them they are not notified. Only new authors and reviewers added to the project are notified and can user queue and notify later.

MFS Investment if requesting this enhancement as this scenario comes up frequently.
