We had a call with Seismic today and we walked through a scenario where the same answer was applied accidentally because the user did not realize they had multiple answers selected to change the text. Would it be possible to implement a warning text of some sort before submitting the below that it will "Change the Answer Field to the below text response when applying" or something along those lines?
Having only the option of "answer" and "not answer" may give the impression it will not change the text.
This will improve visibility to changes made across potentially a lot of responses in the project.
