Current behavior is that when a Reviewer wants to reassign a submitted Section back to the author they must navigate to the Section List to see that option. This is a cumbersome workflow that adds extra time and clicks to the Review Process. It would be beneficial to add this option when a user is clicked into the Section. Ideally though this "reassign to author" option would be available at the Question level. As often times only a select few questions need to be revisited rather than the entire section.
