Ability to mark a "Description" above a Header Row

Current behavior allows for a Section to be identified above the marked Header Row, but is it not possible to also mark a Description. Requesting that this functionality be added, as clients will often have descriptive information that is relevant to the section that is above the header row.

@Nicole Ideally if we are allowing users to mark sections then we should allow descriptions as well, so if there are any instructions, it can be brought into the project. That said, can you share the file to better understand this request?

Hello, we have the same feedback from GE healthcare.

"I have a file where I have a Header row, but it is not on top of the file. So, if I mark the row as a header, I’m not able to mark the cells on top of it as Description, Question or answer."
