When the default review setting - All, Any, Sequential - is set in the org settings, it does not get applied in questions/sections. It gets applied only to manually added sections.
It should get applied to all projects/sections/sections.
@Vikram Abraham George Are you saying that the setting defined under "Authors and Reviewers" are not carried over to sections that are imported? Can you please confirm?

Lyra Health has a similar concern. When default review setting is selected in Org Settings, it is not applied by default to sections or multiple selected questions when assigned manually. The default is correct when manually assigning individual questions. @ranjini
