Allow for customized summary view of top section on answering page

Prime Therapeutics is requesting the following enhancement.

From Prime: "Update the top of each section on the answering page, a summary of that section – the colors of the flags active per section, number of answered/unanswered questions, SMEs. Essentially, some of the data on the ‘’sections’ review page but appearing at the top of each section on the answering page"

@Pablo Ojeda Can you share why these details are needed? Trying to understand the problem why these details are needed in the answering page?

That said, we partially address their feedback. In the Sections list left menu, we already show the question answered count. Can we convey this to Customer? If this meets their expectations, I will check with engineering team to bring the flag count here. Can you confirm?
