Vizient has asked if we could adjust the help prompt in the content library comments box to remind users to use the @mention option (so instead of "Enter your comment here" change it to something like "Type @username and a comment to send a message to another user". Alternatively, having functionality similar to what we have in projects that reminds users to @ mention another user in the content library would suffice as well. During their usability testing, they found that none of the users realized they should @ mention another user. While they can combat this with training, they feel it would be beneficial to have the system help them enforce/remind users of this option.
