When new users are auto-created, we need an option to get them to have the Primary Contact capability by default.

The user wants to automatically assign Primary contact attributes to auto created users. Right now they have to manually add attributes and they can’t sort the list of users by who does and does not have primary and internal contact attributes so it is a total pain to add those attributes.

@ajay : When a new user is getting added via SSO (SAML / JIT) , we are asking them to manually add the Project Primary Contact. Can we check the feasibility of automating this with our team?
