Hi Team,
Feedback from Hyland client regarding the need of a more intuitive way of identifying the status of projects when doing a search.
As of now when you search for a project and it is not in Active but it is in Archive, the page that pops up mentioned that there is no active project. However, if you open the project status panel you will see there is a project in Archive. This leaves users in confusion as the search page states there are no active projects thus, giving the fall impression the project does not exist.
Can we have the first page that appears state that there is no active project but it may be available in Archive or in Trash. that way users know to look further and not assume no project is available.
Here is a short recording explaining the behavior.
