Ability to comment on a snippet of text

Hi Team,

This is coming via Computacenter. Right now you can leave a comment on a question in a project, but you cannot select a snippet of text and ask for feedback on it. It would be useful for long form answers, and would be in line with capabilities of tools like Google Docs and Word.
