Currently, Optum has noticed that when a Q&A pair is in review and has an attachment, and a user removes that attachment, Q&A pair is not sent to moderation and goes directly to library.
Now, Optum is aware that application does not considered attachments as part of the response, however most of the time attachments are the responses since it can be important part of the answer. Therefore, when a document gets removed they would like the Q&A pair to be sent to moderation so that it can be reviewed and aware.
Otherwise, documents are being deleted and no one is aware and to locate who removed and when the client and to look all over the application for the information.
Suggestion: Can we add the process of sending Q&A pairs to moderation if attachments are removed.
