When typing in the email address from the Team page of a request, you are required to press <Enter> for the email address to register. Pressing <tab> on your keyboard will not work as the system does not register the email address and results with not being able to select Invite.
Multiple customers are getting hung up on this causing confusion and emails directly to their CSM. Need to automatically identify the email address when pressing Tab OR Enter. Additionally, could make it known that they must press enter in order to add a user that way.
