our AI likes to say 'yes' and give a roundabout answer to a question even though the true answer is no. I put the prompt in the custom instructions and it fixed it. Can we embed something like this to the AI so customers do not have to put this prompt in?

Example line: If there is no mention of a response in the library, do not give other examples or say yes but indirectly. Instead respond by saying there is no information regarding this in the library. Nothing else.
