Optum brought up a point about users accidentally deleting attachments without providing a warning.
Currently in the CL, when users click on edit button and then on the attachment they see the X and assume it means to close the dialog box, but instead it deletes the attachment. No indication that the X means it will delete.
This is because when they are in the general Q&A pair queue and click on the 3 buttons they see the option that says "delete" so users are aware that is what it will do.
Can we add a warning message so that when users delete they are given a chance to cancel before it deletes?
