User is looking to configure a PDF with checkbox answer type

The user is not able to select the checkbox answer type.

User Request -

I've been attempting to import a crucial, large-scale RFP that we received with a tight deadline. The project includes various types of questions, such as Multiple Choice and Descriptive. While the import configuration allows me to select the questions, sections, and sub-sections, the tool does not let me choose the Answer or Answer Type. Currently, I am only able to import the questions. 

Could you please prioritize looking into this issue or provide a workaround so that we can commence work on this project as soon as possible?

@Pavithra Devarajan+1 Thanks for sharing the real world file. We will let you know when we enhance the word import to support non-text answer types such as check boxes and radio options.
