File imports as well to have default Author reviewer due date to be set

Current behavior:

We can configure the Author and reviewer due date to be alerted prior to the project due date under organizational setting—>project—>preference.
For instance, the project due date is June 6th. We set the author's and reviewer's due date to be two and three days ahead of time, respectively, and save the changes.
The author and reviewer due dates are established as intended when a project is created and manual sections are added. However, when a file is imported, the due dates are set automatically to the project due date rather than using the specified setting.

Expected behavior:

To have file imports as well to have specified setting as provided under org level.

This is quite critical functionality for us in the IRI as well as customers and frankly I'm surprised its not currently available.

@Tara Kolinsky @Samantha Gitman To confirm if my understanding is correct or not, you have enabled default authors and reviewers and this is not applied for sections that are imported. Can you please confirm?

Yes Khalees - the default is applied if we manually create sections, but if we import a file and mark sections/questions, the default is not applied. We've been told this is the expected behavior and not a bug.
