PROD-I-829 Undo bulk changes in content library

From Microsoft. Now that bulk actions are easier to perform in the new UI, this raises concern of a higher chance of accidents with wide-reaching complications. They'd like to be able to quickly "Undo" a bulk action if they notice it was a mistake

SAP has also asked for this or at least a warning message like "are you sure you want to update xxx records..."

@VISWA S and @Bagavathy Nagarajan the request came up again with SAP as a high priority. Is this something that will be considered?

Comment from SAP: "We have now, for the third time, required a revert to a previous backup due to a large scale inadvertent change. If there was any way to UNDO a bulk change (or even cancel it mid-process), it would go a long way to protecting our data from us fallible admins."
