Making track message as topic in discussion toggle sticky from queue and notify later

Hi Team, 
Dynatrace is interested in having "track message as topic in discussion" toggled on by default when sending messages out from queue and notify later so they can see an audit trail in their discussions tab. 
I get why not all customers would want to do this, but maybe we could make the toggle sticky?
