Ability to run a keyword search across responses and documents (project documents)

Via Hyland. For compliance purposes, they are interested in the ability to search for a keyword and see if it appears in a document, question, or answer. Currently this cannot be done with archived projects, and it cannot be done as a keyword search for project documents either.

@Bruce Duffett I would like to understand when they will do this search? If i understand it right, proposal admin would do a search before submitting the final response package to see if there are any phrases or words that would breach the compliance. I think it's kind of an audit done before submission? Correct?

Is it possible to share some examples of the keywords?
