AI Filter Availability in Content Library

Sodexo would prefer if we had the same filters in the Project module and could apply them to the Content Library module for AI Assistant. I think this would help build consistency throughout the platform and further AI Adoption, specifically around clients who use AI to build product related knowledge in the content library.

Juniper wants to have an option to mention the filter criteria (specific tags \ collections), when invoking AI in CCL.
In project, we can mention it in the project settings. Similarly, they need atleast a workaround to achieve the same in CCL.

@Khalees V yes, specifically for BAE it would be helpful if they could filter the AI Assistant to different projects in the Content Library. If they respond with a different product, it's helpful to be able to filter down the AI assistant's fields so that it writes only to content from "xyz project" or "xyz product"

@Khalees V and @ajay will AI Assistant filtering be coming to the Content Library? SAP would like the ability to tell AI Assistant to only search in certain collections, tags, custom fields, etc. Like it does on the project side. There are many clients that would like this ability.

@Pablo Ojeda We have it in our roadmap but not sure on the timeline. Can we recommend SAP to use ASK instead? ASK now supports filters, so they can filter the data in which they want to do a search.

Hi Team Optum is asking for this as well. They would like to be able to use the advanced search and then use the AI Assistant to tap into just the content they have filtered to

@Bruce Duffett We are planning to implement this in Q4. Again this is tentative consdiering already lined up priorities. Keep you posted once we confirm if we can deliver it in Q4
