Auto Respond - Factor in Sections to Help Pull in Appropriate Answers

Within our library, we have similar Q&A pairs that have minor differences based on whether they relate to the Content Library or Projects. As such, we have applied either the Content Management or Project Management tags, as appropriate. When using Auto Respond, it will pull in Q&A pairs with the project tag into sections that ask about the library, it will also pull in library Q&A pairs when answering questions about projects. If the Auto Respond could utilize the section name(s) (within the project/proposal response) for additional context to help pull in the most appropriate responses, that would help it provide more accurate results.

BTW, are you referring to the section field of content or project?

@Khalees V TY for your reply, apologies for the delay! (Missed this message.) Let me track down a project that would be a good example. (I forget which one I was working on when I submitted the request.)

In terms of the section, I am referring to the project (customer's doc and section).
