Improvement for Auto Respond Filter option

When running auto respond currently, all sections are selected by default. For projects that have dozens of sections or documentations, this workflow is clunky for end users. Central Square has requested that there be a way to select the documentation associated (so say there was an excel and a word source for the project, choosing just the word search) instead of manually having to go through and select. Search functionality would be helpful too

@Mattie Scull had some additional thoughts to share regarding this: Brent's ask specifically called for a "view by import file" and "ability to select all sections within a certain file" as well as "the ability to select all child sections when a parent section is selected" in the section selection screen of autorespond.

CentralSquare wants to run autorespond on 100 of 200+ sections in a project and are looking for ways to cut down on the amount of clicking they're having to do.

@kristen @Mattie Scull Is it possible to know how frequent they have to respond to multiple source files in the Project? If 90% of the time they have multiple source files, we can think of a solution? Can you please confirm?
