Update Source File - Strike out content

I'm raising this enhancement behalf of Vodafone.

During the source file update, certain contents were crossed out, yet upon importing, they failed to appear in the question view.

@KIRITHIKA ANANDHAKRISHNAN We are not supporting strikethrough formatting even during the first import. We will consider supporting additional formatting like strikethrough if we receive similar feedbacks in future.
