Being able to filter out QA pairs that have attachments in a project

This is based on feedback from a customer (ticket 50247).
Customer said it is easier for him if it is possible to filter out all responses that have attachments in it (in a project).
They said that this was possible in classic UI. Also, this filtering could be done in sequential order in the classic UI as per customer's claims.

@vikram We do have the filter to search for questions with attachments. Screenshot below for reference. I think this is what the cutomer is expecting.
