Ability to "Save As"/replace a Project Template

Client RLDatix would like the ability to save a new project over an existing Project Template. An example would be that they have a Project Template for "DDQ 2023" but when they have an updated 2024 DDQ they would like to replace the existing Project Template. This would help eliminate additional management & cleanup of Project Templates.

@Nicole Makes sense. At present we do not have a replace function and the older version of template has to be deleted manually after creating the new template. We will consider it for future.
