1.The existing feature on edit in Online is extendable to MS files only. It would be great to extend the same to PDF files , so editing & formatting is maintained well. Additionally, the addons (lookup ) to be extended for the edit in online option to avoid multiple screen movements & clicks.
2.Ability to author, review & guest roles to be extended to the attachments for more collaboration.
3.In a project we currently have options to lock a section for visibility /privacy control. Similarly , request the same ability for attachments . Since there are files involving pricing , roadmap proposal s, this could give control on the visibility on the documents.
