Queue Discussions and Comments within a Project

Wex has requested that we raise an enhancement request to be able to queue discussions and comments within a project, much like we do with user assignments. Use case is some of their proposals are very large, and instead of pinging the same person multiple times, it would be easier to send one large notification instead of multiple pings/adjusting existing email settings.

somewhat related - having the notification queue also be visible within the Q&As of a project.

@kristen Problem Statement is clear. We will think through on how we can handle other impacts. For example, I have queued a comment notification to "Adam". If another user posts a follow-up conversation to the queued comment notification, the notification has to be queued automatically because the previous thread notification is still in queued. Likewise, we have to explore other scenarios.

That said, we will consider it if we receive similar request from other Customers in future.
