This idea is based on feedback from customer (ticket 50402). I feel the customer has a valid point.
The customer reviewed an entire section and marked it as 'Reviewed'. But he wanted to make an edit to just one response in this section. Now when he reopened the section to edit it and when he made the edit, all the QA pairs in the section changed to 'pending review'.
Customer is asking why review each and every questions in this section once again when edit was made to only 1 QA pair.
Since all QA pairs have now become 'pending review', the reviewer doesn't know which all questions need to be actually reviewed again.
He has already reviewed all the questions. If he has to review the questions which was edited, why waste time reviewing all the other questions.
Ideally, only the edited QA should be under 'pending review' and the remaining unedited ones should be 'Reviewed'. Then the reviewer can mark the edited question as 'Reviewed' and then mark the section as 'Reviewed'.
I hope this makes sense.
