Pin button needed for left side bar

In the new UI we see that the left bar (About, Team, Activities etc. )can be pinned in the expanded view, but in the icon-only view, it is in the expand-on-hover mode. Please find the attached images for your reference.

@dineshkumar Just to clairfy, are they expecting the side bar not to expand on hover? Can you please confirm?
