The user expressed a desire to add more filter options in the access/role permission settings. The current settings available are insufficient to prevent a user from sharing unassigned questions with others. Please find the user comments below
"Currently users assigned as an author to any question on the project can then reassign any section to other users. The closest role permission we can find is the Role|Project|Update Section setting, which we cannot remove, because the user should be able to reassign their own question. We can confirm a user assigned to 1 question in a section cannot reassign the other question directly (which they are not assigned to), but they can if they reassign the entire section.
The problem is that we do not want existing project team members to be able to bulk update questions to a user by assigning out the entire section. We would like to see an incremental permission to restrict users assigned to 1 question in a section should NOT be able to change the users on the entire section."
