Central Square is struggling with Auto Respond Behavior or spreadsheets that have fields that show "view comments" as optional. When they view comments as optional, they save content to the library with one response. The majority of their projects have two response fields so autorespond only returns a partial match and does not trigger "Mark as Answered." I would be curious if we can incorporate some option to mark as answered for partial matches (or mark as answered if all required fields are filled out by autorespond), and I think they would be happier.
An example would be below. When bringing the document in, the field under "Vendor Responses" populates with "Select from Drop Down List", making it look like the field is answered, when it is actually not.
Can we please consider improving this for the client instead of having them manually remove it prior to answering?
