How do you bulk-attach tags to new collections? For example, if we have designated tags for one collection (product) and want to attach those tags to new collections (new products).

I would recommend using the bulk actions tool! Toggle into Q/A, Filter by the Collection, select Tags and add the Tags to the Collections. See my video here!
