We've observed that after a user responds to a question and marks it as completed, the question remains visible on their main dashboard. This has led to some confusion among our users, as they are unable to distinguish between questions that have been answered and those that are still pending, despite the status being tagged as 'Completed'. We understand that questions can be filtered by status, such as 'In Progress' or 'Not Started', yet the completed questions continue to populate the main screen.
