PROD-I-849 Export Project comments with the project

Talking to a client recently and a suggestion that was made : Is there a way when a project is exported the comments that are in any questions can be exported as well as this would be helpful for outside the organization users, SMEs or guest reviewers.

Thanks for submitting the idea. We have a Project report where the users can able to export the comments. Please let me know if this is not helpful for them.

My customer, Center for Sustainable Energy, is very frustrated that we don't currently support this functionality.

Due to the unique nature of their projects, they are unable to fully complete their projects in app. They export and complete their work outside the platform, and they are frustrated the the comments they make in app cannot be included on the exported document, where they can easily be addressed.

The Project Report does not satisfy this because it exports to a separate Excel file, which is a non-starter.

I've also shown them how they can export comments annotations but this also does not satisfy their request.

Is this something that we are considering or are there any follow questions that I can take to the customer to clarify their request?
