The latest release add section templates to the content library which is great and I appreciate being able to manage everything in one place. That said, I still have to maintain duplicative content in many cases as the section templates are not available in the recommendation engine.
For example we have a solution overview that provides a narrative description of the products in our platform. Currently, we keep both a Section Template and a Q/A pair for this content because it is used both to build manual sections of a proposal AND to answer RFP questions.
If section templates were made available in the recommendation engine, I could manage that record once instead of twice.
