Hi team, with our April release, section templates and catalogs no longer have separate permissions. This is problematic. Currently in the IRI, we allow users to add content but it must flow through moderation before being added to the library which allows us to ensure content is appropriate, meets our standards, and is not duplicative.
With this current release though, if we keep our settings as is, users can add sections and catalogs to the library freely with no quality check. This is concerning and will likely result in us limiting content add (which is not ideal).
Ideally, I'd like to see section templates and catalogs flow through the same process as other content types.
Additionally, I'd love to have a way to restrict users from adding catalogs entirely. Many organizations do not use catalogs, and having this available to end users is likely going to be confusing for many orgs. Really only system admins should be able to manage catalogs.
