Applying "Expand All" to all users

Seismic would like the option to have the "expand all" views and be able to apply it to all users. They state when users are working in the platform, there is often times they don't click the "expand" option, leaving them to believe the system is yielding poor or incomplete results.

@kristen I could not connect how the expand all leads to users believe that the system is yielding poor or incomplete results. Also, can you help me understand this statement - system is yielding poor or incomplete results?

yes @Khalees V , it would just help them manage their extended users. they had reports of the search not working, only come to find out it was because users had the "expand all" option collapsed. The platform was working fine, but their users seem to not use this feature correctly.

When do they want to expand all questions ? During keyword search?
